Born and raised in New Jersey and still residing in Bergen County along with his two children. Richard graduated from the University of Maryland. Richard is a strong supporter of the University in general
Richard is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys working out at the Gym-swimming and partakes in the martial art of Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has attained the rank of purple belt.
Richard has been a keynote speaker in industrial real estate at the New Jersey Realtors convention in Atlantic City. He has been written up in many publications including the New York Times in an article about selling the former one million square foot Uniroyal facility to revive the economy in Passaic N.J.
